Staff Inductions
A well planned induction helps a new staff
member to become integrated into the organisation, and increases
morale through early successes and quickly raising their level of
performance.
BBC Safety has developed a comprehensive
Health, Safety and Security Induction Form
which should be filled in by the new employee with the assistance
of their Line Manager or mentor. (Please save a local copy document
and enable macros when opening).
Once complete a copy of the form should be kept
by the individual and another by the Line Manager.
