08.09.1917 Appointed Unpaid Lance Corporal.

29.10.1917 Appointed Paid Lance Corporal.

17.12.1917 awarded Miltary Medal.

27.03.1918 Killed in Action fonches/Hallu area of the Somme.

Commemorated at Pozieres Cemetery and at Carshalton on War Memorial and Cross of the Wrythe.
