Thomas Lees's Story

Thomas was killed on the 16th September 1916, he has no known grave but is remembered on the Thiepval memorial to the missing of The Somme. I have been told that his mother ( my Great Grandmother) never accepted that he would not be coming home, the front door of the house was never locked and remained so until the day she died.
