Hugh Fenwick's Story

Hugh - the eldest of 8 Mott children from The Holt, Reigate and serving with the Queen' Westminster Rifles, London Division.

Killed on the 1st July 1916 as he held the position at Gommecourt, The Somme, body never recovered. His bravey and courage will always be remembered by his family and his many friends. 90 years later his memory is as bright as ever.
