Thomas's Story

Thomas, son of Edward and Margeret. Moved from Bingley to Barnoldswick to marry his sweetheart. Moved again to "The New Inn" at Haworth. Had one child. Before enlisting was employed as a wheelwright. Enlisted Barnoldswick 1915. Killed in action 12/7/1917, France, aged 35. Buried at Gwalia Cemetery.
