Hugh's Story

Today we remember Private Hugh Dougan, 7th Battalion Territorials, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders who was killed in action near Armentieres in September 1916. He was a resident of School Lane, Campsie and left a widow and two children. He is remembered with honour at Cite Bonjean Military Cemetery, Armentieres, France.
