Joseph John's Story

My Grampa was quite unusual in that he not only served through the Ist World War making Captain but went on to join the RAF for the 2nd World War making Squadron Leader. We still talk about him today and he is my inspiration despite only knowing him when I was young. I join with my Mum Betty, my Aunt Peggy (his daughters), Tony, Don and Robert in wishing all the families of these great people peace and hope for a future secured by men and women like him.

Like so many others my Grampa served his country. All we have today is owed to them all
