Tom's Story

Tom was Great Uncle of My Husbands Robert. He died serving his country and sadly died at the hands of the Germans in a prisoner of war camp.

His family have grave and stone in Arnesby Chapel in Leicester so he will not be forgotten. His body was buried on under some railway track. Not very fitting for a brave young family man leaving behind a wife a young son who give his life to save others.
