Lent Bible Study 2009: Sense Making Faith

Lent is an important time of preparation for Christians. The death and resurrection of Christ, celebrated during Holy Week and Easter, is the culmination of Christian faith.

Reflecting the season, BBC Radio 4's Sunday Worship and Daily Service take up the theme of Sense Making Faith in partnership with Churches Together in Britain and Ireland (CTBI).

BBC Local Radio stations will be offering parallel features that will be tied in to local initiatives and events. Each will be inspired by worship, prayer and reflections prompted by the senses.

Resources for individuals, groups and churches are available for download from the CTBI website, together will full details of the study schedule. The website also offers pointers to enable further exploration of the theme for each week.
