Prayer and study

Prayer is conversation with God, when a Christian shuts out the world around and concentrates on the spiritual.
The Catholic Church describes prayer as "raising one's mind and heart to God". The Church of England describes it as "offering ourselves to be in some small way channels of love and peace in God's world".
Here you will find prayers, study resources and spiritual food for thought.
