Floribeth Mora: 'This is a testimony that God exists'
Floribeth Mora is the Costa Rican woman whose recovery from a serious brain illness has been attributed to John Paul II's intercession by the Vatican Congregation for the Causes of Saints.
In this clip from the BBC radio programme Heart and Soul, she recalls how she heard a voice telling her to "get up" and "not be afraid", not long after she had watched the late Pope's beatification ceremony on the television.
Ms Mora believes that was the event that started her recovery. Her supposed healing is one of two miracles the Catholic Church has attributed to John Paul II to support his canonisation.
Heart and Soul will be broadcast on the BBC World Service on Saturday 15 February at 03:32 GMT.
