 Dr Trisha Macnair MA, MB ChB, Dip AnaestheticsAfter qualifying as a doctor in 1982 at Bristol University, Trisha worked in a variety of NHS hospital specialities. Training first as an anaesthetist, she then gained experience in haematology (diseases of the blood system), respiratory medicine (especially asthma and chronic bronchitis), cardiac medicine, renal medicine (working on a kidney dialysis unit), intensive care medicine, and general emergency medicine. Because of commitments to a young family she now works part time as a freelance medical journalist and broadcaster, writing for both the medical profession and the general public. She has recently gained a Masters Degree (MA) in Medical Ethics and Medical Law. Particular interests include women's health issues, infectious diseases, migraine and headache-related problems, obesity and weight loss, and the health/medical aspects of beauty treatments and cosmetic surgery. As a director of a charity providing independent supported living, Trisha has recently become involved in the issues facing people with severe learning disabilities and mental health problems.

 Jeremy MilnesJeremy Milnes is a trained actor, drama teacher and communication, confidence and assertiveness tutor. His acting credits include the lead male role in the film 'The Vapour Trail' appearances in The Bill, 99-1 and numerous roles with touring theatre companies. Most recently he presented The Bachelor on BBC Three, and brought his expertise to the Would Like to Meet dating series and Fame Academy. He also writes for Eve magazine.

 Rachel Morris DHP, MCAPRachel Morris trained initially as an addiction counsellor before attaining her Diploma in Hypnosis & Psychotherapy (DHP) in 1995. She has since undertaken further training in bereavement, psychopathology, ethics, pain management, group dynamics, stress management and human development. Since qualifying, she has been in clinical practice both privately and for the NHS treating a variety of issues including: eating disorders, childhood abuse, sex, sexuality, parenthood, relationship problems, grief, suicide, panic/anxiety disorders and depression. Rachel is also a qualified Counsellor Supervisor and practices all therapeutic undertakings in accordance with British Association of Counsellors (BAC) recommendations and Code of Ethics. Rachel has written articles for national newspapers and magazines and has appeared on BBC Radio 1 and World Service Radio. Television credits include Would Like to Meet, The Oprah Winfrey Show and Big Brother?s Little Brother and the Big Brother Psych Show. She has also made several appearances on Heaven & Earth, Kilroy, GMTV and The Wright Stuff.

 Catherine Orr DeasCatherine Orr Deas is a qualified counsellor and domestic violence trainer and consultant. She currently works as a trainer for a London-based specialist domestic violence counselling project called Woman's Trust, and also provides training to a range of statutory and voluntary agencies in a freelance capacity. Her working background includes a decade of experience within Women's Aid refuges where she worked with women and children made homeless by domestic violence. She also worked as a telephone counsellor at ChildLine for 10 years and has experience of counselling women affected by domestic violence.
