Digital TV – Cable and broadband
Cable subscription services are available in areas that are wired for cable. Digital TV via broadband, delivered over your phone line, is beginning to expand in the UK.
Digital TV via cable or broadband requires a set-top box connected to your TV set. This is usually supplied with your subscription.
Reception problems
- If you have a problem such as the picture breaking up (pixelation) or freezing, clicking sounds, or channels or services disappearing, first try resetting your set-top box.
- If that does not work, and for any other problems with the service, please contact your cable or broadband supplier.
