Reading & Leeds 22-24 August 2008

Kid iD formed in 2006 to create their folk/dance fusion. Having met at Leeds University, the group have since gone on to record their first release, That Dreaded Monster What If. They've also won Leeds' Bright Young Things competition.

KID ID were amazing. Catchy music and amazing humour. Very slightly reminded me of flight of the conchords. Glad I saw them.

The highlight of the weekend for me. These guys play with such positive energy they drew their own crowd of passers by and got them going. When they finished their set (and the crowd made them do at encore) I left with a warm feeling inside.Find were they are playing and go to see them, you wouldn't be disappointed.
