Abstract
Data for this addendum is taken from a short examination of one production model of the Sony PMW-F3 large-format HDTV camcorder and it’s manual. The camera is smaller and lighter than a conventional broadcast size, weighing 2.4kg without lens, approximately 150x190x210mm. The single CMOS sensor is super-35 mm size but the manual gives no clue as to its resolution.
