Hannah is a Technologist working in the Immersive and Interactive Content team. She is currently working on classification of people.
She has worked on many projects whilst at the BBC including personalisation, immersive, live data, image tracking projects, Venue Explorer, My-eDirector-2012, FascinatE, Super Hi-Vision Olympic trials and Piero sports graphics.
Hannah cares greatly about education and is a STEM ambassador.
Before joining BBC R&D, Hannah worked in Spectrum Planning on the software used by the BBC for TV’s digital switchover. She also worked at Western Geophysical, DERA where she has used signal and image processing for detection, classification and tracking. She studied Mathematics at Durham University.
