BBC R&D received an award for Outstanding Achievement in Technological Development from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, otherwise known as the Engineering Emmy for our work on motion detection in digital television processing. This once more confirms the reputation of the BBC's Research & Development Engineers for leading digital broadcasting.
