Analogue Radio
Tune in to BBC Radio Scotland on 92 - 95 FM and 810 MW.
Digital Radio
If you have a DAB digital radio and are within a coverage area you can listen to BBC Radio Scotland. Enter your postcode to check if you can receive DAB digital radio in your area.
Digital TV
To listen through a digital TV, select the following channels:
Freeview: 89
Sky: 0116
NTL (now Virgin Media): 930
Telewest Broadband (now Virgin Media): 931
