Local radio doesn’t get much more local than Radio Asian Fever. It’s a not-for-profit community station broadcasting over a small area of Leeds. It’s licensed by OFCOM, the communications regulator, and one of sixty small-scale community stations which are often intended to serve a specific minority group. In the first of a series, Mark Handscomb has been tuning in to Radio Asian Fever.
