Lawyers who worked with The Accident Group face business-threatening rises to their insurance premiums
On Oct 1 st all solicitors in the UK have to renew their professional indemnity insurance- this year solicitors are required to have insurance for two million pounds previously it was one million. Some solicitors - 70 per cent - just had a few hundred pounds but any with the accident group tag work have gone up by minimum of 16 per cent or much higher hikes or their existing insurers have refused to insure them.
