SUPER REGULATORS
Thirty one watchdog organisations such as the British Potato Council and the Plant Varieties and Seed Division are set to be consolidated into seven super agencies under a massive government overhaul. Where does this leave the consumer? We'll be discussing this with Philip Hampton, the chairman of Sainsburys and author of the report which has led to this merger.
