Questionnaire

The Care Questionnaire

You and Yours would like your views. This is your chance to influence the national debate on how social care should be provided in the future.

We have compiled this Care Questionnaire in partnership with the Personal Social Services Research Unit at the London School of Economics who are undertaking a research project.

The results will be announced on You and Yours. Your views will also be fed anonymously into the Government's national consultation on social care, which is being held ahead of the publication of a Green Paper on the future of social care. We can't promise your views will be acted upon, but they will be taken into account. If you would rather not participate, why not explore the other content in the Care in the UK site?

The information you provide for the Care Questionnaire is anonymous and will only be used by the BBC for, and research purposes in connection with, the BBC Radio 4 You and Yours Care in the UK series.

The BBC will pass the information you provide to its research partner, the London School of Economics, for the purposes of additional research into the project and its findings. More information can be found on their website (following this link will take you to an external site) at http://www.lse.ac.uk/collections/PSSRU/.
