Vicky Bourne Loved the book. Both totally engrossing and thought provoking as well as educational.Literaly stayed up all night to read which is rare!
Margaret Lawson A very perceptive book with a voice for each ethnic faction which made up what has bacome modern Israel. No voice for the Palestinians in the book or in the new state. The absence made the point clearly.
Alison Ferguson I enjoyed this book. It is funny and frightening at the same time and the historical context is really interesting. Her perspective on the issues is not one I'd come across before. This was the first of hers I read and so far, I think her best.
