  Kosovo elections Friday 30 November 2001  
As representatives of Afghanistan's political groups meet in Bonn this week to discuss the country's constitutional future, the issue of women's representation has to be addressed as well.

Quotas for women candidates in any post conflict election was a measure imposed on post war Bosnia and Kosovo by the international community.
But how successful have quotas for women been?
Nick Wood spoke to one hopeful female candidate in Kosovo's recent elections.
