  Imposter syndrome 15 Feb 2006
A nagging fear of being found out

Have you ever heard of “imposter syndrome”? No, it’s not the latest form of identity fraud, it’s the nagging doubt that even though to everyone else in the office you seem supremely successful and capable, you are convinced that you’re just bluffing your way through and that any moment now you’ll be found out. Sound familiar?

Martha is joined by Clare Yarwood White, founder of Yarwood White Jewellery, Janette Rawlinson, Chair of West Midlands Women in Business Association who also runs her own consultancy business Just Real Solutions and Sue Firth, business psychologist.
