Modelling for the over 40s
Four years ago James Langton Way set up the Mature Models agency for women and men over the age of forty interested in straightforward modelling and catwalk work. But when the only work forthcoming was at the 'glamour' end of the market the company evolved into Mature and Glamorous - a model agency for mature women.
James and one of his models join Jenni to discuss whether mature and glamorous is a step forwards or a step backwards for women
