On her return to television

The actress talks to Martha about her latest role as the beautiful yet aloof Lady Dedlock, who hides a dark secret in a new BBC ONE adaptation of Charles Dickens’ "Bleak House".
Gillian is best known for her nine years as Agent Dana Scully in TV series "The X-Files", a job so exhausting that she had sworn she would never do television again.

Woman’s Hour finds out what it is about Bleak House that lured her back.
