  Laughter therapy 19 Oct 2005
Can humour enhance your life?

Differing from laughter yoga which involves orchestrated chuckling, laughter therapy teaches people how to use humour to enhance their lives and even their work. Alice Hortop is an occupational therapist who runs laughter therapy groups for everyone from hospital patients to businesspeople.

Claudia Hammond joined her at a group for people with mental health problems at the Mind centre in Neath, Wales.
