The controversial novel about the murder of one child by another
Looking for JJ
is a fictional novel about the murder of a child by another child the same age.
It's already won the Booktrust Teenage Prize and has now been shortlisted for this year's Carnegie Children's Book Award.
Author Anne Cassidy explains why she wanted to write such a book and tells us about the response it has engendered among young readers.
