What can we usefully contribute?

As doctors flood into South East Asia to help with the after effects of the Boxing Day tsunami, some of us may already be planning New Year Resolutions to make ourselves useful by embarking on some sort of voluntary service abroad.

Jenni talks to Isabel Losada, author of For Tibet With Love: A Beginners Guide to Changing the World and Penny Lawrence is overseas director of VSO.
