  Phone-in: Equal Pay 22 December 2004
Salary slip
Is there a gender pay gap? Jenni takes your calls

Today the Woman's Hour phone-in looks at equal pay - and we'd like to hear from you.

Do you think working women get a financial raw deal compared to men? Or do women choose to be lower paying 'caring' jobs because they are less interested in remuneration than men? Do you feel your male colleagues earn more than you for doing a similar job?

Many women choose to take time off to look after young children, or opt to work part-time. Research says such women are likely to get a lower hourly pay rate than men. Is this a scandal or a fair reflection of the impact of time off on women's skills?
