Coming to terms with the winter blues

Some of us may need reminding to reset our clocks this weekend as they go back an hour, but for many in the UK that’s just the start of their winter worries.

While longer nights draw in and daylight fades, as many as 1 in 50 people are bracing themselves for the onset of Seasonal Affective Disorder. What’s more, an estimated three-quarters of people with this form of depression are women.

Martha talks to one sufferer who found her way out of the gloom.
