how anxious does it make you?

The RAC foundation estimates that 10 million drivers experience symptoms such as tension headaches, raised blood pressure and excessive sweating when driving on motorways. For some these problems are so acute that they will go out of their way to avoid motorways.

Motorway Anxiety Disorder is the name that the RAC has given to this condition and in a recent survey, they found that women are the greatest sufferers.
