  Herbs - Rosemary 16 August 2004
The perfect accompaniment to lamb

It's said that only a forceful wife can make rosemary flourish.

The herb is well known alongside lamb, but it is also said to improve the memory and ward off witches.

Miranda Seymour, author of A Brief History of Thyme and Other Herbs, spoke to Claudia Hammond about rosemary.

A Brief History of Thyme and Other Herbs by Miranda Seymour is published by Grove Press, ISBN: 0802140084
