Self-help and the latest techniques for removal

At this time of year with summer upon us, it's hard enough to feel comfortable exposing our white legs, but for a lot of women suffering from varicose veins it's even more difficult.

Jenni talks to Philip Coleridge Smith, vascular surgeon at the British Vein Institute about the ways in which women can help themselves and the latest techniques that are becoming available to get rid of varicose veins.
