On the little known cuisine of Laos

A travel book led by a love of food is how Natacha Du Pont De Bie decribes her new book, Ant Egg Soup: The Adventures of a Food Tourist in Laos.

She has travelled and eaten her way across the globe since she was a baby. Now Natacha unveils the little-known cuisine of Laos, which has long been overshadowed by foods from its south-east-Asian neighbours, Vietnam, Thailand and China.

Natacha meets Jenni and treats her to a dish of Beef Laap
