Lack of Women in New Tory Shadow Cabinet Thursday 13 November 2003
Caroline Spelman MP
There is now only one woman left in Michael Howard's shadow cabinet, and MP Caroline Spelman, who was widely tipped for promotion, has not secured a position within it, though she has been given a new environment and transport post.

Caroline Spelman joins Jenni to talk about the role of women within the new look Conservative Party and whether she can do anything about their diminished role within her own party.
