  All Male Juries in Gibraltar Monday 10 November 2003  
In Gibraltar, whilst men are automatically put forward for jury service, women can only volunteer.

This decision was challenged in court and was successfully won. But the case has now gone to appeal. A decision is expected on changing the policy today.
Anne Balestrino, the Lawyer from the firm which represents the petitioner, and Dominque Searle from the Gibraltar Chronicle join Sheila to discuss.
