Summer Sizzler - Dahlias Friday 29 August 2003
Brightly coloured and cheerful, the dahlia hasn't always been regarded as a 'fashionable flower.' But now dahlias seem to be something of a comeback in gardening circles.

Maggie Campbell-Culver, author of The Origins of Plants told Corinne Julius that dahlias are just the thing to lift your spirits as summer fades.
