  Key Developments 2002 Monday 30 December 2002
This year saw the Sexual Offences Bill, much-heralded announcements on domestic violence and an increasingly vocal debate over the work-life balance. We also had a judge's potentially pivotal ruling in favour of a wealthy divorcing wife whose husband described her life as "revolving around children and microwave". These all hit the headlines, but will they have any real impact for women?

Jenni is joined by columnist and novelist Allison Pearson and Helena Kennedy QC to look back at the key legal and workplace moves affecting women this year.
