  Cooking with Sprouts Monday 23 December 2002  
If life's too short to stuff a mushroom, then stuffed sprouts must surely be out. But that's just one of the new recipes dreamed up to celebrate the humble British sprout.

Fed up with the image of soggy overcooked mush, British sprout-growers are fighting back and want us to use our imagination this Christmas.
Felice Tocchini, chef at the Seymour House Hotel in Gloucestershire joins Jenni to tell her whey they're are so good for you and tasting sprout recipes that will change the way we look at this humble winter vegetable.
