Beth Nielsen Chapman Tuesday 26 November 2002
Beth Neilson Chapman
One of Beth Neilsen Chapman's greatest fans is Terry Wogan. Recently on his Radio Two programme he called her "probably the greatest of the singer songwriters from Nashville".

One of her best known songs is called Sand and Water. It featured in Elton John's touring repertoire, a replacement for Candle in the Wind after the death of Princess Diana.
Beth was widowed young. Her husband, Ernest died eight years ago at the age of 37. She tells Jenni why she wrote the song for him.
