Fly Fishing Mandy Shelvey-Veness is a fishing fly ti-er. This year she came second in an international fly-tying competition in Ireland. Such is her skill that clients will pay up to £75 for her speciality fishing flies.

Jennifer Chevalier goes to meet the woman with the nimble fingers.
