It seems barely a month goes by without some celebrity or star extolling the virtues of their latest diet.

GPs are now concerned that too many women are turning to so-called "elimination diets", that is, cutting out wheat, dairy or other foods, without proper medical advice.
Wendy Doyle from the British Dietetic Association and nutritional therapist Miller Rogers join Jenni to debate the pros and cons of elimination diets.
