International adoption Thursday 2 August 2001
In the wake of the Kilshaw case, the Government is planning to tighten up laws concerning international adoption, but that's not enough for some.

Baroness Emma Nicholson, MEP, believes that international adoption should only exist in the most extreme circumstances.
She joins Liv O'Hanlon, Director of the Adoption Forum - who has adopted two children from overseas herself who explains why they're campaigning for improvements to the system to speed up the process.
How do you think we should approach international adoption? Tell us on our message board.
