CCTV and Children Wednesday 19 March 2003
Image: CCTV Camera
Today on the streets CCTV cameras track our every move, and reality television has given us a taste for being voyeurs of the domestic situation.

Now, in our efforts to watch over our children, cameras in the home, nursery and schools are on the increase.
Rachel Schofield asks how healthy is it to be a constant silent witness. Will it bring us closer to children or undermine our trust of carers and teachers?
Assistant Headteacher Barbara Schofield and Brian Young, a child psychologist, join Jenni to discuss the implications of having CCTV in public & private spaces.
