Woman's Hour Changed My Life 4 Sept 2006
Woman's Hour celebrates its 60th Anniversary in October and as part of our celebrations we're asking you to tell us what impact the programme has had on your life. We've had a great response from you and we hope to broadcast some of them during the birthday season.

What first caught our eye about Heather Rae's letter was the copy of the Radio Times from the 3rd of October 1952 that she enclosed. Inside is an article about Woman's Hour celebrating its 6th birthday with a competition and how 5 winners spent the day with the programme team as part of their prize. Heather's mother Grace White was one of those selected and, as she told Jenni, it was an experience that affected her deeply.
