  Libyan detention centres 28 Feb 2006  
The charity Human Rights Watch will today publish a report about Libya called 'A Threat to Society? - Arbitrary Detention of Women and Girls for Social Rehabilitation.' The author, Farida Deif, went to Libya twice last year and saw two centres - one for older and one for younger women and she spoke to the inmates.
