Will Power 16 Feb 2010
Is it the key to changing behaviour?

What is will power? Are some of us born with more than others? And how effective is it in helping a person to give up things or change behaviour. As Lent approaches and giving things up is in the air, Jenni discusses the elusive nature of will power with psychologist Professor Richard Wiseman, author of '59 Seconds: Think a little, change a lot' and the columnist Sue Carroll.
