Social
Parties 11 Dec  2009
Is Hell other people's small talk?

It’s time to dust off your stilettos and unearth your little black number, the party season is upon us again. But for many a party is a trial they’d rather avoid. Whether it’s cowering in fear at the thought of walking into a crowded room, the dreaded round of small talk - while working out what time is polite enough to make an escape. Does anyone really enjoy a party? Jenni is joined by party hater and performance poet Kate Fox and party lover and lifecoach Clare Walker to ask if Hell other people’s small talk?

Be the Life and Soul of the Party: Socialising for Success, by Clare Walker is published by Crown House Publishing. ISBN-10: 1904424996
